Raised by her grandparents, Kailey developed a deep love and respect for the elderly that has shaped her entire career.
Since stepping into the senior living industry as a high school senior back in 2006, Kailey has dedicated nearly two decades to serving and uplifting the older generation. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia and a Master's degree in Applied Gerontology from Brenau University, Kailey has honed her expertise in understanding the unique needs of seniors.
In 2024, her passion and dedication were recognized when she was honored as the Georgia Senior Living Association Executive Director Hero of the Year. This accolade not only celebrated Kailey’s achievements but also highlighted her unwavering commitment to changing the stigmas surrounding aging. Kailey is on a mission to advocate for seniors and provide them with the resources they need to age successfully.
With a heart full of compassion and a mind filled with knowledge, she continues to make waves in the senior living industry, ensuring that every elderly individual is treated with dignity, respect, and above all, love.
Kailey enjoys family trips to the beach, caring for the animals on her small hobby farm and gardening. But most of all she loves spending time with her two sons, Hagen and Chatham.
