Susan is a native of Georgia and grew up around senior living.  Her father was a pioneer in the industry and one of the first 5 people in the state of Georgia to receive his Nursing Home Administrators license. Raised in this environment, Susan gained a passion for helping seniors.  She is a senior living professional who brings Premier Care Management and their clients a record of exceptional leadership, proven outcomes and a passion for excellence.

 

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Susan has managed assisted living communities, independent communities as well as managing several standalone memory care communities.  Over the years, her focus has been advocating for seniors and educating their families.  She has started and facilitated numerous support groups over the years and is certified as a “Train the Trainer” for The Virtual dementia Tour as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner. 
 

In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, writing songs with her husband and spending quality time with their two adult children and dog, Roxie.
